- How do I reserve a party?
Call for reservation 301-758-0514, leave a message and we will get right back to you to set a date.
- Where is the party?
Old Oaks, 20100 Beallsville Road, Beallsville, Md. 20839 (private home).
- Deposit and Payments?
Parties are $300.00 for 2 hours for up to 8 people Additional persons are $35 each.
An extra hour can be added to the Tea set for 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. time for $100.00.
A deposit of $100.00 will be due when a reservation is confirmed. The balance is due at the start of the tea party.
- How long does party last?
2 hours- If time is needed to open presents, an extra hour can be arranged for an additional $100.00. Party will have to be scheduled for 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the additional hour until 6:00 p.m.
- What about boys?
We will provide dress up items for boy guests when you let us know boys will be attending.
- What should the children wear to the party?
Boys can wear their own costumes over their street clothes. Girls should wear swimsuit or leotards under street clothes to make dressing-up easier.
- What if I cancel?
If you cancel your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee, however, we will work with you to schedule another date.
A fee of $35.00 will be charge for any payment considered not collectable for any reason.
Parties are designed for up to 8 people for comfort and quality. We can accommodate up to 10 maximum for an additional fee of $35.00 per person with advance notice. Larger groups can be accommodated only on Saturday evening and Sunday based on availability.
What about parents, siblings and unexpected guests?
Parents of the birthday guest are welcome to stay. We should be given advance notice of parents attending to set out tea and refreshments in the living room while the party takes place. We can accommodate 2 parents during party due to space and refreshment availability.
Old Oaks Tea Parlor assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents during your party. We will work to ensure everyone is treated with care. Old Oaks is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costume or consuming any food or beverage before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest, parent, or guardian to inform the Old Oaks Tea Parlor host of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
